Good news from BlockFi! You can now say goodbye to the Golden State blues in California, as BlockFi is going to reimburse over $100,000 to their California customers for the inconvenience caused by a recent platform issue.
Cause for Celebration
Back in early April, California customers experienced difficulty accessing their funds via the BlockFi platform. The technical issue has now been resolved and those affected can rest assured that the block is no longer in place and they can access their funds.
Good Faith Payment
Making good on their promise to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, BlockFi have reimbursed over $100K to customers impacted by the platform disruption. We wouldn’t be BlockFi if we didn’t also offer some good-faith to our loyal users! So we’re pleased to announce that these good folks will also receive a bonus payment to compensate them for their time waiting while we sorted things out.
